To our NeuroHealth clientele,
At NeuroHealth, we have been (and continue to be) very proactive in our preparedness efforts in response to the Coronovirus (COVID-19) developments. As always, the health of our clients and our staff has, and continues to be, of utmost importance to us.
We are keenly focused on maintaining a safe environment for our clientele and staff, and to maintain our important clinical operations. First and foremost, it will remain a requirement for our clients to remain at home if any of the core symptoms of concern are being experienced OR if you have come into contact with someone known to have the virus.
This includes ANY of the following symptoms:
- fever
- shortness of breath
- cough
If you have traveled to any country identified by the CDC as high risk, then you would be expected to follow the self-quarantine guidelines set forth by the CDC.
We will ask you to sign a form upon your arrival that verifies your understanding of this
policy. Please know that we maintain the right to withhold services if such symptoms areobserved, just to ensure the health and well-being of our other clients and staff. Please note that we are offering a more flexible policy in regard to cancellation fees.
